Dave Shelton is a multi-award-winning film and TV writer, cartoonist, voice actor, musician, and author. His credits include Everybody Loves Raymond, National Lampoon (where he was the senior writer and head of cartoon projects), Nickelodeon, Disney, Warner Bros, and SyFy Channel. He is the creator of the award-winning TV shows Professor Creepy’s Scream Party© and Against Type© which aired in multiple NBC markets and both shows were picked up by Amazon Prime TV. His best-selling books include Brain Explosion, the collection of his work from legendary National Lampoon, The Lemming Shepherds, Bag Boy and Sweet Slob (his new children’s book which has won the 2021 International Book Awards and the San Francisco Book Festival).

“Since Nowhere Man: The Final Days of John Lennon was published in 2000, I’ve done between 400 and 500 interviews about the book. Many of those interviews were rote.
