Often trying to help a lost soul comes to terms with the fact that they are no longer among the living.
Alex embraces this gift and with the love of Margaret, he copes with his secrets. That is until the bodies start piling up in the quiet little town he lives in. Soon Alex and Margaret find themselves drawn into a mystery surrounding the deaths that date back eighty years.
Tracing back to a fire that took place in the very house he and his family reside in, Alex soon starts to realize the truth is far worse than he had imagined.
